Welcome to GLOBAL ECOM DELIVERY SOLUTIONS LTD ("we", "our", or "us"). This Usage Policy explains the rules governing the use of our website, mobile application, digital gift cards, vouchers, loyalty programs, and related services.

By creating an account, accessing our platform, or purchasing any product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Usage Policy. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of your account, cancellation of orders, or other actions permitted by applicable law.

Providing false or misleading information may delay order processing, prevent account verification, or result in suspension or permanent closure of your account. Digital gift cards, vouchers, prepaid cards, activation codes, and similar products are generally intended for one-time redemption unless the issuing brand specifies otherwise. Customers are responsible for reviewing the redemption instructions and terms provided by the issuing merchant before purchasing.

4. Code Accuracy

Gift card and voucher codes are often case-sensitive. Customers should enter the code exactly as displayed, including uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and any special characters. We are not responsible for redemption failures caused by incorrectly entered codes.

5. No Refund or Exchange After Delivery

Once a digital gift card, voucher, prepaid code, or activation key has been successfully delivered, it cannot normally be returned, exchanged, cancelled, or refunded. Exceptions may apply only where required by law or as stated in our Refund Policy.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they purchase the correct brand, product, country or region, currency, denomination, and recipient details. We are not responsible for losses resulting from customer errors, including incorrect purchases or inaccurate information provided during checkout.

7. Direct Credit and Digital Delivery

Certain products may involve direct account crediting or digital delivery to a third-party service. Customers must carefully review all product descriptions, compatibility requirements, and delivery information before completing their purchase. Once processing begins, these transactions may not be reversible.

8. Additional Charges During Redemption

Some merchants may require customers to pay an additional amount if the purchase exceeds the value of the gift card or voucher. Any such additional payment is the customer's responsibility and is determined solely by the issuing merchant. We have no control over pricing or redemption policies established by third-party brands.

Once a valid digital product has been successfully delivered, responsibility for safeguarding the code transfers to the customer. We cannot be held responsible for lost codes, deleted emails, shared redemption codes, unauthorized use after delivery, or expired vouchers where the customer delayed redemption. Customers are encouraged to redeem digital products promptly.

10. Order Limits

To protect customers and prevent fraud, we may apply reasonable purchase limits including maximum products per order, daily purchase limits, transaction value limits, payment method restrictions, and country-specific purchasing limits. These limits may be changed at any time without prior notice.

Where available, customers may earn reward points through eligible purchases. Reward points:

Customers are responsible for monitoring the validity of their reward points. Unused points may expire automatically after the applicable validity period.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts, cancel orders, reverse promotional credits, remove loyalty points, refuse future purchases, or request identity verification where we reasonably believe there has been fraudulent activity, abuse of promotions, unauthorized payment activity, or violation of our policies. We may cooperate with financial institutions and law enforcement where required by applicable law.

Certain transactions may require additional verification before approval. Customers may be asked to provide government-issued identification, confirmation of payment, or proof of payment card ownership. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation of the transaction.

If a transaction appears unusual or potentially fraudulent, we may delay processing, place the order on hold, cancel the transaction, refund the payment, or suspend the associated account pending investigation. These measures are intended to protect both customers and our platform.

16. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. Although we will initiate approved refunds promptly, the time required for funds to appear in your account depends on your financial institution and may take several business days.

By creating an account or making a purchase, you consent to receive communications relating to order updates, service notifications, product announcements, promotions, and marketing campaigns. You may unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time using the unsubscribe option included in our emails.

Certain promotional campaigns, contests, or loyalty rewards may have additional eligibility requirements. Participation constitutes acceptance of any additional promotional terms. Rewards, promotional codes, and gifts may have expiration dates and cannot be redeemed after they expire.

If a purchase is completed using a promotional coupon or discount code, that transaction may not qualify for loyalty points or other promotional rewards unless expressly stated. Discounts cannot normally be combined unless specifically permitted by us.

If an order is cancelled before delivery, any eligible payment received will be refunded through the original payment method.
